Sunset Ridge is an intimate community that sits on a hillside in a rural setting with western vistas that are incomparable. Joanne and I were drawn from the very beginning into the calmness/tranquility of the area, the western mountain views and the elegant construction of the Sunset Ridge model homes. Our choice was not difficult, it was easy. This would be our future home!

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a home at Sunset Ridge. Developer Heritage Properties, has done a great job with the design of the units, and their attention to detail and construction is of superior quality. We were also very impressed with the accommodations provided to us during the construction process which helped immensely as we awaited the closing our previous home. In addition, a pleasant surprise has been our heating and cooling costs which are lower than expected due to the state of the art energy efficiency of our new home.

The views of Mt. Wachusett and surrounding hills are spectacular, and the serenity of Bolton makes it the perfect place to live. I highly recommend you give Sunset Ridge serious consideration. We love it, and you will too.
